I started quilting summer 2009 finished my very first quilt January 2010. I have been quilting off and on since. I also attend school full time so I can get my degree in nutrition so my sewing has been somewhat limited lately. While taking care of my sweet child Aliya.
very cute! I think I'd go with turned edges personally... because I don't know if the voile will give a fuzzy edge...
I have a few notes on hand-quilting, including a link to Anna Maria's tutorial on my blog: http://traceyjayquilts.blogspot.com/2010/03/notes-for-newbies-hand-quilting.html
My main purpose I blog is to share my creations with others so I can learn and grow as a quilter. I am especially here to make new friends, so please comment! I love ALL of them!

I can't wait to see the finished product! I love the circles. I used the tutorial on Anna Maria's hand quilting tutorial, and I got great results!
